Novartis Consumer Health Canada recently received an honorable mention for the best face-to-face engagement plan category at Melcrum’s Employee Engagement Awards. The Consumer Health organization successfully improved its employee engagement through a three-pronged approach to its internal communications.
There were many activities which contributed to our results including: strengthening our leadership team to ensure high performance leadership role modeling for the organization, establishing robust associate engagement programs and the creation of a new extended leadership team focused on driving a strong operating rhythm and establishing positive business relationships with each other
