Permanent TSB implements in-branch communication channel

Digital signage to provide internal news and a new communication option.

Irish Bank Permanent TSB, has completed a major digital signage deployment in 106 of its branches.

Outside of public banking hours, Permanent TSB will use the signage to aid training and advise staff nationwide or “narrowcast” content locally, depending on branch location and facilities.

The network will be extended into the corporate offices to improve communication channels offered to head office staff.

The digital signage network will also be extended into the banks' corporate offices to improve communication channels offered to head office staff.

External promotional use
The signage will also be used to communicate product information to customers during public retail banking hours.

The new system runs on a software program called Campaigner, from software company Ryarc Media systems.
